Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

The short version: MorphPDF processes everything locally on your device. We never see your files. We don't track what you convert. We collect no personal data during normal use of the application.

1. What We Don't Collect

MorphPDF does not collect, transmit, or store: your files or documents, conversion history, usage analytics or telemetry, IP addresses or location data, device fingerprints, or any personally identifiable information.

2. How the App Works

All file processing happens entirely on your device using native code. No files are uploaded to any server. No internet connection is required to use MorphPDF. The app does not phone home, send crash reports, or communicate with external servers during normal operation.

3. What We Do Collect (Purchase Only)

When you purchase MorphPDF, our payment processor (Gumroad or Stripe) collects the information necessary to process your payment: email address and payment details. We receive your email address for order fulfillment and support purposes. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

4. Update Checks

MorphPDF may periodically check for software updates by contacting our update server. This check transmits only the current app version number and your operating system. No personal data or file information is included.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services only for purchase and distribution:

Gumroad / Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policies.
GitHub Releases — Software distribution. No personal data involved.

6. Data Storage

MorphPDF stores user preferences (window size, last-used settings) locally on your device in your operating system's standard application data directory. This data never leaves your device.

7. Children's Privacy

MorphPDF does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We will never change this policy to start collecting your files or documents.
